Canada Area Committees

Canada Area Director Marie has established three committees with members representing each of the Districts and working in the following areas:

Marie’s Mentors – her M and M’s:

As past leaders these committee members are charged with encouraging their respective clubs to increase membership, and mentoring the new members.

The Friendship Committee:

Clubs from Eastern and Western Canada are being paired to encourage camaraderie and communication. Over the course of the year they will encourage each other in D&G, fundraising and service, etc.

Club partnerships are as follows: 1. Orillia, Ottawa and Weyburn, 2. Grey Bruce, Collingwood and Wainwright, 3. Owen Sound, Mariposa and Penticton, 4. Barrie and Estivan, 5. Peterborough and Medicine Hat, and 6. Huronia and Winnipeg

The Presidents-Elect are the contact people
for these groupings.

The Canadian Website Committee is chaired by Liz Revell. There are two other members, one from each District-- Maureen Taylor from Dist. 11 and Lt. Gov/ Ann Keating-Morrison from Dist. 18. Ann and Maureen assist Liz in keeping the website current.
