Service Projects

The club volunteers:

once a year to host the monthly Birthday Party at Creighton Lodge in Estevan.
to help man the phones during the United Way Telethon each year
provide coffee and snacks for the Stars for Saskatchewan Series Concerts
in 2001-2002 the club donated over $11,000 to local community organizations and projects
Q.I. of Estevan provides a $500 Scholarship to the Southeast Education Foundation to support a young woman in furthering her education as well as a $150 Scholarship to the Estevan Music Festival for a Speech Arts class.
Donate gift to first baby born in Estevan during the Month of May - Speech & Hearing Month
Some other organizations and projects that we fund are: SMILE Services, Violence Intervention Program, Estevan School Division, City of Estevan and Estevan Arts Council for children’s programming, Estevan Library, the Estevan Family Centre and the Estevan Museum and Art Gallery. We also helped fund insurance for a deaf person with a cochlear ear transplant and donated two Christmas hampers to two families in Estevan this past year.

We like to share our time and funds with others in the community.

The first baby born in the Month of May (Speech & Hearing Month is presented
with a gift to promote Speech and Hearing Awareness.

Donations of books were made to the local Family Centre.
These books were donated at International Convention in Calgary by Quotarians worldwide.
