The Care Award
The Helene Mackenzie Award in which a bursary is given to students studying sign language at the university level.
The Unicef Award
The 5K Award - Received from Quota International for raising more than $5000.00 from one event.
Quota International of Huronia was chartered in 1970. Some of the early members are still with the club and we welcome their knowledge and guidence. Our mandate is for the Hearing-Impaired and the disadvantaged Woman and Child.
We are very proud of our club member Marie Dobson-Dunlop who is a past Governor of District 18, and for 2010-2012 the Canada Area Director representing Canadian interests on the International Board of Directors. |
